Water and Restroom Facilities. Sanitary drinking water will be provided to all employees and all employees will have access where possible to fully equipped and clean restroom in reasonable proximity to their place of employment. Where possible, in institutional settings, restrooms will be set aside for the exclusive use of employees. Facility level LMCs should review concerns regarding water and restroom facilities where there is an allegation that these facilities may not be in accordance with OSHA regulations.
