Water and Sewer Fees. The Developer agrees to pay to the Borough of Red Bank, based on the approved plan, the following fees in full prior to the issuance of the Construction Permit for the premises:

Water and Sewer Fees. The Developer agrees to pay to the Borough of Red Bank, based on the approved plan, the following sewer and water system vulnerabilities fees in full prior to as set forth below (the “Fees”), fifty (50%) percent of same payable at the time of the issuance of the Construction Permit for building permit, and fifty (50%) percent payable at the premisestime of the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy:
