Water Enterprise Operating and Maintenance Expenses. The Compliance Auditor shall review Water Enterprise cost ledgers to determine whether the recorded operating and maintenance expenses fairly reflect the costs incurred, were recorded on a basis consistent with applicable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and were allocated to the Wholesale Customers as provided in this Agreement.
