Common use of Watershed Fees Clause in Contracts

Watershed Fees. All new building permits for principal buildings shall be subject to the Watershed Fee as provided for in the Papillion Master Fee Schedule and as agreed to by the Papillion Creek Watershed Partnership at the time that the building permit application is made. Such fee shall be calculated based on a per lot basis for the lot(s) for which the building permit is requested and shall be due prior to the issuance of the building permit. Any new building permits for (i) an addition to the principal building constructed prior to the execution of this Agreement or (ii) new accessory buildings shall be exempt from Watershed Fees.
