WAYS & MEANS FUND. In 2002-2003 the employer will pay to the union $25,000 towards the union’s Ways & Means Fund, which fund is administered by the union. For 2003-2004 this amount will be increased to $30,000 and for 2004-2005 this amount will be increased to $35,000.
