Common use of We do not cover Clause in Contracts

We do not cover. c. General service and maintenance including but not limited to the build-up of leaves, fat or oil blockages within the drainage system and clearance of any debris. d. Any drainage system which is not of clay pot, plastic, P.V.C or concrete construction. e. Cesspits, septic tanks, vacuum drainage systems and electric pumps. f. Plumbing and filtration system for swimming pools orspa bath. g. Detached outbuildings. h. Guttering or fall pipes of the home. i. Damage to drains caused by structures not conforming to local building regulations or caused as a result of negligence or neglect. j. Drain clearance where you have been previously advised of the need to install access points (e.g. rodding eye, manhole, etc.). k. Soil vent pipes. l. Roofs and rooflines.
