Wearing of Insignia. No teacher shall be prevented from wearing insignia, pins or other identification of membership in the Federation or any other teachers’ organization on the school premises; provided, however, that a teacher shall not be permitted to wear any identification which shall be disruptive or derogatory to the Board or the administration.
