TECHNOLOGICAL AND OTHER CHANGES 29.01 Without restricting its right to determine the methods by which municipal services are to be provided, the Corporation agrees that no employee shall be laid off or have his employment terminated as a result of a technological change in methods.
Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. In the latter circumstance, clarifications must specifically note in writing what was offered by the Contractor and what was accepted by the State. Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.

Non-Discrimination and Other Requirements A. Section 504 applies only to Contractor who are providing services to members of the public. Discovery and Other Rights Discovery and rights to appeal in arbitration are generally more limited than in a lawsuit. This applies to both you and us. Other rights that you or we would have in court may not be available in arbitration. Please read this Arbitration Clause and consult the rules of the arbitration organizations listed below for more information.
Reports and Other Matters Section 4.01. The Recipient, the Association and the Administrator shall, from time to time, at the request of any party, exchange views on the Technical Assistance and consult on any reports prepared by the Consultants and the implementation of any recommendations made in those reports.
