Common use of Web and Social Media Clause in Contracts

Web and Social Media. The CNA shall provide technical support and assistance to the Commission in providing web and social media content. The CNA shall submit quarterly reports to the Commission that include web and social media analytics, and descriptions of significant content, consistent with industry best practices or such others as may be determined by the Commission. The Commission will consult with the CNA on web and social media activities as needed.
