Web-Based Video. On Demand and Streaming. After the Effective Date and within one hundred twenty (120) days after written notice from the City, Operator shall provide at no cost to the City, at a location designated by the City, a business class broadband connection, broadband service with a static IP address and all necessary hardware to enable the City’s delivery of web- based PEG content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City shall be responsible for the cost of the connection from the Cable System located in the street at the designed location into the building. If during the term of this Franchise the City moves its location and such new location does not have the capacity to connect and receive the broadband service described in this subsection, the cost of upgrading the network to enable such service shall be incurred by the City. The broadband connection provided herein shall be used exclusively for web-based on demand Access programming and/or web-based video streaming of Access content.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.
