Common use of Web Hosting Clause in Contracts

Web Hosting. The Client understands that any web hosting services require a separate contract with a web hosting service. The Client agrees to select a web hosting service which allows Accelerated Websites full access to the website. The Client understands that certain features may need to be activated and/or purchased from the web hosting service in order for the web site to function properly. Accelerated Websites will work with the Client to ensure the correct hosting features are installed on the hosting server. If needed, Accelerated Websites can also provide a list of web host providers who support the technology required for the Client’s website.

Other access or tools may be required by IONYX, and they will be provided or paid for by the client. The Client understands Company is a provider of suitable web hosting services. It is recommended that certain features may need to the Company be activated and/or purchased from used as the web hosting service in order for the web site to function properly. Accelerated Websites will work with the Client to ensure the correct hosting features are installed on the hosting server. If needed, Accelerated Websites can also provide a list of web host providers who support the technology required for the Client’s websiteservice.
