Web Site Content. If applicable, Comcast will host Customer’s web site in a data center in accordance with Comcast’s then-current published specifications, including, without limitation, storage levels (“Customer Web Site”). Ownership of all graphics, text, or other information or content materials supplied or furnished by Customer for incorporation into or delivery through a Customer Web Site shall remain with Customer (or the party that supplied such materials to Customer). Ownership of any software developed or modified by Comcast and all graphics, text, or other information or content materials supplied or furnished by Comcast for incorporation into a Customer Web Site shall remain with Comcast (or the party that supplied such materials to Comcast). Customer agrees that Comcast has no proprietary, financial, or other interest in Customer's goods or services that may be described in or offered through a Customer Web Site, and that Customer is solely responsible for content quality, performance, and all other aspects of its goods or services and the information or other content contained in or provided through a Customer Web Site. Customer assumes all responsibility for use by others of the Customer Web Site (including commercial transactions, whether completed or not).

Customer agrees that WOW! has no proprietary, financial, or other interest in Customer's goods or services that may be described in or offered through a Customer Web Site, and that Customer is solely responsible for content quality, performance, and all other aspects of its goods or services and the information or other content contained in or provided through a Customer Web Site. Web Site Content. Customer shall approve all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, goods, products, services or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted using Customer’s EBPP Portal. Neither Bank nor Web Host will pre-screen Content, but Bank and its designees (including Web Host) shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is made available to others using the Xxxxxx Express Service or on Customer’s EBPP Portal. Neither Bank nor Web Host assume responsibility for the Content on Customer’s EBPP Portal and Customer agrees that it must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

Customer agrees that SKYFREQUENCY has no proprietary, financial, or other interest in Customer's goods or services that may be described in or offered through a Customer Web Site, and that Customer is solely responsible for content quality, performance, and all other aspects of its goods or services and the information or other content contained in or provided through a Customer Web Site. Web Site Content. Content of the Concentric Offers shall comply with the xxxxxxxx.xxx Advertising Guidelines set forth in Exhibit F. Concentric and xxxxxxxx.xxx acknowledge the goal of converting at least 5% of Concentric Opportunities into Web Hosting and/or E-Commerce customers and will use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate to improve the Domain Registration process such that this goal can be achieved. However, at no time will xxxxxxxx.xxx be required to change the Domain Registration process to the commercial detriment of its business nor required to obtain or maintain a 5% conversion rate for the Concentric Opportunities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following efforts shall be undertaken:
2.3.1. After the Launch Date (as defined in Section 6.1.2), xxxxxxxx.xxx shall present to new domain name registrants on the Web Properties a survey that has been amended to include an offer to each prospective customer during the Term to receive additional information on Web Hosting and E-Commerce services.
2.3.2. During the Term, xxxxxxxx.xxx will place banner advertisements for Concentric Offers Above the Fold on no less than 75% of xxxxxxxx.xxx's Domain Registration web pages.
2.3.3. For thirty (30) days following the Launch Date, the last page of the xxxxxxxx.xxx Domain Registration process shall be in form and content substantially similar to the layout described in Exhibit E and shall include a Concentric Offer. A display of this Concentric Offer to a Net New Registrant will constitute the creation of a Concentric Opportunity. Following the expiration of the initial thirty-day period following the Launch Date, the obligations of Section 2.3.4 below shall prevail.
2.3.4. Within thirty (30) days of the Launch Date, Concentric and xxxxxxxx.xxx shall jointly determine if modifications to the last page of the Domain Registration process will be necessary in order to help achieve the targeted 5% conversion rate described in Section 2.3 above. In addition, at least once during each ninety (90) day period during the Term, xxxxxxxx.xxx shall consider, in good faith, recommendations by Concentric to modify the last page of the xxxxxxxx.xxx Domain Registration process. If during the Term xxxxxxxx.xxx and Concentric identify mutually agreeable changes to the last page of the Domain Registration process, then xxxxxxxx.xxx shall implement such changes within ten (10) business days of their mutual agreement. Your web site content shall also include any registered domain names provided by You or registered on behalf of You in connection with the Services. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event You are using ad- supported hosting, in no event shall Your web site consist of the following: search results, registration, "thank you", error, email or chat pages, pages comprised primarily of other advertising or pages that contain any of the following types of content: pornographic, obscene or excessively profane content or content intended to advocate or advance computer hacking or cracking, gambling, illegal activity, drug paraphernalia, hate, violence or racial or ethnic intolerance.
Web Site Content. Client shall provide Developer with all original content to appear on Web Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, photographs and other images. Developer shall provide Client with mock-ups and drafts of Web pages before they are posted, which shall be subject to Client's approval. Client is solely responsible for all content appearing on the operational Web Site, and is responsible for obtaining any necessary copyrights or licenses.
