WEB LICENCE. If your Licence Pack contains a ‘Web’ licence you: • may host the specified Web Font Software on any number of web servers under your sole control, or on a CDN. • may reference the Web Font Software using only @font-face from the CSS, or the equivalent JavaScript, on any number of websites under your sole control; no other method of referencing the Web Font Software is permitted. • must use technical protections, such as cross-origin blocking, to ensure that the Web Font Software cannot be successfully referenced by any other website or digital advertisement. • must, at your cost, measure and record pageviews, across all websites which reference the Web Font Software, using a recognized and reputable third-party external analytics service expressly permitted by Xxxxxx Xxxx (currently Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Workbench, Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, Yandex Metrica). • must ensure that the total number of pageviews in any calendar month, across all pages on all websites on which any of the pages reference the Web Font Software, does not exceed the maximum number of monthly pageviews permitted by your Licence Pack.
WEB LICENCE. The web licence allows font files to be embedded via self-hosting and @font-face technology. The licence is limited to one web domain. • TRIAL LICENCE The trial licence comes into effect when handling trial versions of the fonts and allows their use for testing purposes only. Therefore, any use of the trial versions of the fonts in any kind of final and/or published project, may it be personal or commercial, is strictly prohibited. In all cases of testing the fonts for their potential use in an online environment, the licence holder is obliged to test the fonts only in a protected, offline environment. OTHER KINDS OF LICENCING To use the fonts in an area or scope that is not covered by one of the licences described in this document, one is invited to contact PROCESS — STUDIO FOR ART AND DESIGN OG to request an appropriate licence. Areas or scopes of use that need other kinds of licencing are for example: • Apps • E-Books • Games • Broadcasting (including TV, cinema, subscriptional or transactional video on demand services, and similar) • Unlimited and/or exclusive use CONTACT

  • Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.

  • Licence You must ensure that you hold all necessary licences, permits and approvals that are required by Law (including a Dairy Industry Licence) in order to comply with your obligations under this Contract. Failure to comply with the obligations under this clause may result in DFMC suspending the collection of your milk until such time as the failure is rectified.

  • API License If you are purchasing an application programming interface ("API") license, other than a Learn API as defined below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access each API set forth in the Order Form. The API(s) are provided in the form of a web service that enables a "connection" into our servers. We will provide you with the information necessary to enable your secure use of the API(s). You may not use or install the API(s) for any other purpose without our written consent, and may not copy, rent, adapt, disassemble, lease, assign, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or decompile, the API(s) or any part thereof. We reserve the right to limit the number and/or frequency of API requests or take other actions necessary to protect the integrity of our services.

  • Software License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viasat grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Viasat (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service ("Software") on any computer(s) on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize. Please read the terms very carefully, as they contain important disclosures about the use and security of data transmitted to and from your computer. Unauthorized copying of the Software, including, without limitation, software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith, is expressly forbidden. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software except as permitted in writing by Viasat. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by Viasat of this Agreement and the license. You agree that you shall not copy or duplicate or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate any part of the Software, or create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source programs or any part thereof from the object programs or from other information made available under this Agreement.

  • Sub-licensing The Licensee shall be entitled to grant sub-licences of its rights under this Agreement to any person, provided that:

  • Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).

  • Software Licensing Contractor represents and warrants that the software, if any, as delivered to City, does not contain any program code, virus, worm, trap door, back door, time or clock that would erase data or programming or otherwise cause the software to become inoperable, inaccessible, or incapable of being used in accordance with its user manuals, either automatically, upon the occurrence of licensor-selected conditions or manually on command. Contractor further represents and warrants that all third party software, delivered to City or used by Contractor in the performance of the Contract, is fully licensed by the appropriate licensor.
