Web Site Distribution Channels. Nextel may make Company’s Digital Items available for distribution to Nextel Users via web sites owned, controlled or authorized by Nextel or any of its Affiliates. Placement of Digital Items on such web sites shall be determined by Nextel or any such Affiliate in its sole discretion.
