Common use of Website Service Clause in Contracts

Website Service. Monthly Fee $69 per month, payable upon invoice by ACH or credit card. Additional handling charge may apply for credit card processing ($3). First payment in the amount of $69 is due upon activation of site page; thereafter payment shall be made via ACH or Credit Card on the first or fifteenth of each month (depending on activation date).
