Prior to moving equipment onto the Leased Premises, Lessee shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that all equipment is free of noxious weeds and their seeds as defined by the Idaho Department of Agriculture and any local Coordinated Weed Management Area. Cleaning of contaminated equipment and vehicles shall not take place on the Leased Premises.
