Weekend Differential pay Clause Samples

The Weekend Differential Pay clause establishes additional compensation for employees who work during weekends. Typically, this clause specifies a higher hourly wage or a percentage increase over the standard pay rate for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays. For example, an employee scheduled for a Sunday shift may receive a 10% premium on their base pay for those hours. The core function of this clause is to incentivize employees to work less desirable weekend shifts and to fairly compensate them for working outside of standard business days.
