WEEKEND REQUIREMENT Clause Samples
The Weekend Requirement clause establishes obligations or expectations regarding work, availability, or performance during weekends. Typically, this clause specifies whether employees or contractors are required to work on Saturdays and Sundays, outlines any additional compensation or scheduling adjustments, and may set limits on weekend hours. Its core function is to clarify when weekend work is expected and to prevent misunderstandings about work schedules, ensuring both parties are aware of and agree to weekend commitments.
