Common use of WEIGHT LIMIT Clause in Contracts

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to (2) tons for a 14yd and (2) tons for a 12 yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $125.00/ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to (2) 2 tons for a 1412yd and (2) 4 tons for a 12 20 yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $125.00/35 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to (2) 2 tons for a 14yd and (2) tons for a 12 12-15yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $125.00/45 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to (2) 1 ton for a 11yd, 1.5 tons for a 14yd and (2) 13yd, 2 tons for a 12 15yd, 6 tons for 30yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $125.00/40 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster. 30yd dumpsters pay by the tonnage @ $40 per ton on all weight.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to (2) 2 tons for a 14yd and (2) tons for a 12 yd15 yard dumpster. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $125.00/$ 65 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to (2) 1.5 tons for a 1415yd and (2) tons for a 12 yddumpster. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $125.00/85 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.
