Common use of Weight Limits Clause in Contracts

Weight Limits. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the maximum weight of Customer’s property store in the Unit shall not exceed 4,750. The foregoing weight limits do not apply to a Customer that does not require the transport of Customer’s Unit at any time by Company with Customer’s contents stored inside. The foregoing weight limits may be updated by Company from time to time.
