Welding Inspector. All applicants who have three and one-half or more years experience in the trade and are Journeyman or that can be certified by a duly constituted Local Union of the IBEW. Typical Duties: Responsible for and performs visual welding inspections of contractors work. Inspect pipe installations, care of pipe being constructed, responsible for radiographic documents, weld numbers and assigned welder Id Numbers, etc. Perform redline/as-builts on drawings updates.
