Common use of Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefit Plans. The Executive and/or his family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent such plan, practices, and programs are applicable generally to executives of the Company.

Welfare Benefit Plans. The Executive and/or his the Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescriptionprescription drugs, dental, vision, disability, salary continuance, executive employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs, pensions, profit sharing programs, incentive compensation and savings plans and all other similar plans and benefits which the Company from time to time makes available to executives) to the extent such plan, practices, and programs are applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company.

The Throughout the Term of this Agreement (and thereafter, subject to Section 4.1(c) hereof), the Executive and/or his the Executive's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent such plan, practices, and programs are applicable generally available to other peer executives of the Company.

The During the Initial Term, the Executive and/or his the Executive's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its subsidiaries (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to ), at least as favorable as the extent most favorable of such planplans, practices, policies and programs are applicable generally in effect at any time hereafter with respect to executives of the Companyother key executives.

Executive will be compensated for up to ten sick days per year.

The During the Employment Period, the Executive and/or his the Executive's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under each applicable welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by plan of the Company (Corporation including, without limitation, all medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive life, group life, accidental death death, and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent such plan, practices, and programs are applicable generally to executives of the CompanyCorporation and its affiliated companies.

The During the Employment Period, the Executive and/or his the Executive's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent such plan, practices, and programs are applicable generally to other peer executives of the CompanyCompany and its affiliated companies.

The During the Employment Period, the Executive and/or his the Executive's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under each welfare benefit plansplan of the Corporation, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, all medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive life, group life, accidental death death, and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent such plan, practices, and programs are applicable generally to executives of the CompanyCorporation and its affiliated companies, as in effect at any time during the Employment Period with respect to other key executives.

The Executive and/or his the Executive's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under each welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by plan of the Company (applicable to other key executives, including, without limitation, all medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to programs of the extent such planCompany and its Affiliates, practicesupon terms, and programs are at a level of participation, no less favorable than applicable generally to other similarly situated executives of the CompanyCompany and its Affiliates.
