Common use of Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Term, the Executive and/or the Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible to participate in and shall receive all benefits under all welfare benefit plans, programs and arrangements provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans, programs and arrangements) to the extent applicable generally to the Executive’s peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, programs and arrangements provide the Executive with welfare benefits that are less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of such plans, programs and arrangements as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to the Executive’s peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment TermPeriod, the Executive and/or the Executive’s 's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible to participate for participation in and shall receive all benefits under all welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements provided by the Company and its the affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, employee life, group life, split-dollar life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans, programs plans and arrangementsprograms) to the extent applicable generally to the Executive’s other peer executives of the Company and its the affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements provide the Executive with welfare benefits that are less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of such plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to the Executive’s other peer executives of the Company and its the affiliated companies.

During the Employment TermPeriod, the Executive and/or the Executive’s 's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible to participate for participation in and shall receive all benefits under all welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements provided by the Company Corporation and its affiliated companies companies, (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans, programs plans and arrangementsprograms) to the extent applicable generally to the Executive’s other peer executives of the Company Corporation and its affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements provide the Executive with welfare benefits that which are less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of such plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 12090-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to the Executive’s other peer executives of the Company Corporation and its affiliated companies.
