Common use of Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Employee and/or the Employee's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in all welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent applicable generally to other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companies.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Periodterm of the Employee's employment, the Employee and/or the Employee's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs ("Welfare Plans") provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, including medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) ), as amended from time to time, to the extent applicable generally to other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companiesCompany.

During the Employment Period, the Employee Executive and/or the Employee's Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescriptionprescription drug, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent applicable generally to other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companiesPeer Executives.

During the Employment Period, the Employee and/or the Employee's family’s dependents, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and or its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, vision, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life and supplemental group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent applicable generally to other salaried employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Employee and/or the Employee's ’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in all welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent applicable generally to other senior management employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companiesfor which Employee and/or Employee’s family qualifies in accordance with the terms of such plans.

During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Employee and/or the Employee's ’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under any welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (if any) to other similarly situated key employees, including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) to the extent applicable generally to other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Employee and/or the Employee's ’s family, as the case may be, shall also be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under all welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies Employer (including, without limitation, medical, hospitalization, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and dismemberment, and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Benefit Plans”), in each case provided that senior management is eligible to the extent applicable generally to other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companiesparticipate therein.
