Common use of Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Executive and/or the Executive’s family, as the case may be, will be eligible for participation in and will receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies to the extent applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event will such plans, policies and programs provide the Executive with benefits that are less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of such plans, policies and programs in effect at any time during the six months immediately preceding the Change in Control Date.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Executive and/or the Executive’s 's family, as the case may be, will shall be eligible for participation in and will shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, policies and programs plans provided by the Company Corporation (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, executive life, group life, accidental death and its affiliated companies travel accident insurance plans and programs), at least comparable to the extent applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event will such plans, policies and programs provide the Executive with benefits that are less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of such plans, policies and programs those in effect at any time during the six months 90-day period immediately preceding the Change Effective Date which would be most favorable to the Executive or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in Control Dateeffect at any time thereafter with respect to other key executives.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Executive and/or the Executive’s 's family, as the case may be, will shall be eligible for participation in and will shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies to subsidiaries (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) applicable on or after the extent applicable generally Effective Date to other peer executives key employees of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event will such plans, policies and programs provide the Executive with benefits that are less favorablesubsidiaries, in each case providing benefits which are the aggregate, than the most favorable of such plans, policies and programs economic equivalent to those in effect at any time during on the six months immediately preceding the Change in Control DateEffective Date or as subsequently amended.
