Common use of Well Inspection Clause in Contracts

Well Inspection. If the Property is served by a well, this Contract is subject to ( ) Purchaser OR ( ) Seller obtaining a certificate, at their sole expense, from an appropriate governmental authority or from a licensed water testing laboratory indicating that the well water is potable. Potable water for the purposes of this paragraph is defines as that which meets local health authority standards for human consumption.
