If the Sector Vessels intends to fish West of the 70:15 in the area described in 24 Section 7.1.1 of these Harvesting Rules as the Inshore GOM, at any time 25 during a trip, the vessel must declare BSA 1 only and the Sector Vessel may 26 not conduct any fishing activity outside of the area defined as BSA 1 for the 27 entire trip. 28 B. If the vessel declares more than one Broad Stock Area on a trip, the vessel is 29 prohibited from conducting fishing activity west of the 70:15 in the area
