When Claim Administrator Fails to Timely Notify. Pursuant to Section 6.5 “Severability; Enforcement; Force Majeure; Survival” of the Agreement, Claim Administrator’s failure to provide Employer with Timely notice of any amount due hereunder shall not be considered a waiver of payment of any amount which may otherwise be due hereunder from Employer.
