When it ends. This Agreement will nominally expire on 26 March 2022. The Agreement will continue to operate after the expiry date unless formally terminated pursuant to the Act or varied by consent of IBIS Care Miranda and employees whose employment is subject to this Agreement (and such variation is approved by the Fair Work Commission).
When it ends. The nominal expiry date of this agreement is the third anniversary of the date it is lodged. This agreement will continue to operate after the expiry date unless formally terminated pursuant to the Act.
When it ends. This Agreement will operate for a period of 3 years (the initial term). The Agreement will continue to operate after the expiry of the initial term unless formally terminated pursuant to the Act or varied by consent of IBIS Care Blakehurst and employees whose employment is subject to this Agreement (and such variation is approved by the Fair Work Commission).
When it ends. This Agreement will operate for a period of 4 years from the Start Date (Initial term). This Agreement will continue to operate after the expiry of the Initial Term unless formally terminated pursuant to the Act or varied by consent of NDNS and employees whose employment is subject to this Agreement (and such variation is approved by Fair Work Commission).
