When onboarding Merchant, the following steps will be followed. The Merchant shall provide Worldline with the completed Merchant Contract and other onboarding documentation via the “self-onboard- ing” portal (collectively, the “Merchant Application”); and – Once Worldline has received the completed Merchant Application, Worldline shall aim to complete the onboarding process – including the required AML/KYC screening and dispatch of Payment Terminal(s) – promptly and in any event within ten (10) Working Days. For the avoid- ance of doubt, Worldline shall create the MID within 5 days of receiving a completed Merchant Application in accordance with clause 6.1 above.

If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014.
