Common use of WHEN SECURITY BECOMES ENFORCEABLE Clause in Contracts

WHEN SECURITY BECOMES ENFORCEABLE. The security constituted by this Deed shall become immediately enforceable upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and the power of sale shall be immediately exerciseable upon and at any time after the occurrence of any Event of Default. After the security constituted by this Deed has become enforceable, the Security Agent may in its absolute discretion enforce all or any part of the security in any manner it sees fit or as the Majority Banks direct.
