When the Corporation’. s representative denies a grievance, the reply shall include the reasons for the denial of the grievance, and the Corporation shall forward to the appropriate Association representative a copy of the Corporation’s decision at the same time the Corporation’s decision is conveyed to the employee(s) on whose behalf the grievance was filed.
