Common use of When Transit Traffic Clause in Contracts

When Transit Traffic. is originated by a third party through a CenturyLink Tandem to Carrier, and the third party is not legally obligated to compensate CenturyLink for the Transit Service provided in transporting the traffic to the Carrier as a result of paragraph 999 of the FCC Order, the Carrier shall: a. Establish Direct Interconnection with such third party; or b. Pay the Third Party Transit rate, as set forth in Table 1.
