Common use of WHEN YOU CAN SHARE INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

WHEN YOU CAN SHARE INFORMATION. 16.1 The Supplier must tell the Buyer within 48 hours if it receives a Request For Information. 16.2 In accordance with a reasonable timetable and in any event within 5 Working Days of a request from the Buyer, the Supplier must give the Buyer full co-operation and information needed so the Buyer can: 16.2.1 comply with any Request For Information 16.2.2 if the Contract has a value over the relevant threshold in Part 2 of the Regulations, comply with any of its obligations in relation to publishing Transparency Information. 16.3 To the extent that it is allowed and practical to do so, the Buyer will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Supplier of a Request For Information and may talk to the Supplier to help it decide whether to publish information under clause 16. However, the extent, content and format of the disclosure is the Buyer’s decision in its absolute discretion.
