Common use of Whenever the Employment Insurance Clause in Contracts

Whenever the Employment Insurance. (EI) Record of Employment is not given to the employees at the time of termination, it shall be sent by his Employer to the employee by registered mail to his last known address within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of termination.

Whenever the Employment Insurance. (EI) Record of Employment is not given to the employees at the time of termination, it shall be sent by his Employer to the employee by registered mail to his last known address within twenty-four five (245) hours working days from the time of termination.

Whenever the Employment Insurance. (EI) Record of Employment is not given to the employees at the time of termination, it they shall be sent by his Employer to the employee by registered mail to his last known address within twentyforty-four eight (2448) hours from the time of termination.

Whenever the Employment Insurance.
