Common use of Where a Faculty Clause in Contracts

Where a Faculty. School Advisor is qualified to perform the duties of a Sessional instructional Member, and where the Faculty School Advisor is requested and consents to perform such duties in addition to their non-instructional duties, the Member will be paid for that instructional workload at the appropriate Sessional instructional rate.

Where a Faculty. School Advisor is qualified to perform the duties of a Sessional sessional instructional Member, and where the Faculty School Advisor is requested and consents to perform such duties in addition to their non-non- instructional duties, the Member he or she will be paid for that instructional workload at the appropriate Sessional sessional instructional raterates.
