Where a Sessional or Replacement. Sessional Member agrees to take on a full instructional workload in the Spring/Summer term, the Sessional or Replacement Sessional appointment shall be extended until the end of the teaching assignment. The Member will receive the same monthly salary, pro-rated for partial months, that he/she received during the preceding contract. If a Spring/Summer Term assignment is less than a full workload, a separate part-time contract will be offered.

  • Refund After Non-Approval or Rejection If you or any co-applicant is disapproved or denied under Paragraph 5, we’ll refund all application deposits within 7 days of such disapproval. Refund checks may be made payable to all co-applicants and mailed to one applicant. If the application deposit was paid via check and has not yet been deposited, you may request your check be destroyed instead of a refund check being issued.

  • Technical or Contractual Problems Contractor shall meet with the Department's personnel, or designated representatives, to resolve technical or contractual problems occurring during the contract term or to discuss the progress made by Contractor and the Department in the performance of their respective obligations, at no additional cost to the Department.
