Where Clause 12. 7 applies, Sub-hubco shall submit its proposal for amending Sub-hubco’s Proposals and rectifying the Works (or any part affected) to the Authority’s Representative for review under Schedule Part 8 (Review Procedure) and shall not amend Sub-hubco’s Proposals or commence or allow the commencement of the rectification of the Works (or any part affected) until it is permitted to proceed in accordance with Schedule Part 8 (Review Procedure).
