Where collaborative and iterative. development of works is the normal or agreed upon practice in an Academic Unit, all Employees in that unit will be advised of this practice before an Employee engages in the creation of a teaching work. Notwithstanding Articles 19.2.1 and 19.2.4, in such a case all creators shall agree that copyright, including moral rights, in the teaching work created shall be retained by the University, and the Academic Unit shall have the authority to amend, adapt or modify the work as needed.
