Where Successor Rights have no application. In the event of a sale, lease, transfer or other disposition of all or part of AECL’s business where successor rights as referred to in the Canada Labour Code have no application, an employee whose employment with AECL is part of the sale, lease, transfer or other disposition of all or part of AECL’s business will be considered to be laid off and shall receive termination compensation in accordance with Article 31.04 of the Collective Agreement.
