Where the College believes a vacancy needs to be filled quickly, the administrator may request the Selection Advisory Committee to use a quicker process. It is understood this will only occur in very rare situations where an accelerated process is essential to College operations. Where the Committee is unable to agree on an accelerated process, the administrator will determine the timing of the process, following consultation with the Committee. It is further understood that the administrator will attempt to resolve the dispute with the Committee, including calling an additional, special purpose meeting of the Committee to attempt to reach a resolution. The responsible administrator will put in writing the reasons for impasse and their decision.
Where the College has a Science Laboratory Technician at a Centre where University Transfer courses are offered, the Technician will take functional direction from the appropriate Science faculty member(s).
Where the College receives a written request from a faculty member for disclosure of any anonymous complaints or information which the College is holding about him or her, the College will disclose such information to the faculty member, except to the extent that it is authorized or required by law to refuse such disclosure.
Where the College provides residential accommodation for Learners, the College must inform the Department of the provision of such residential accommodation, must record this information on Get Information about Schools and will comply with the requirements of the national minimum standards for residential accommodation for Children in Colleges published from time to time by the Secretary of State under section 87C of the Children Act 1989.
Where the College requires the performance of work beyond the limits herein established, the College shall provide any such teachers with proper work facilities during such period.
Where the College. School or Division has identified a requirement that there is work to be performed at a higher level, it is the joint responsibility of the supervisor and the staff member to plan for a move to the higher classification level. This plan should form part of the normal Performance Development process, and will include:

Where the College has consented to the placing of sub-contracts, copies of each subcontract shall be sent by the Supplier to the Purchaser immediately when it is issued.
Where the College has notified the Employee of its intention of introducing technological change as outlined in Article 40.02, the parties will meet within the next thirty (30) calendar days to engage in consultation in a effort to reach an agreement on solutions to the problems arising from this intended change and on measures to be taken by the employer to protect the Employees from any adverse effects.
Where the College has notified the Faculty Association of its intention of introducing a technological change, the parties will undertake to meet within the next thirty (30) calendar days in an effort to reach agreement on solutions to the problems arising from this change as they affect regular faculty employees.
