Where the DECC Representative Member. (a) reasonably disagrees with a decision of the Panel; and (b) reasonably considers the decision to adversely affect Green Deal Bill Payers, it may, within ten (10) Working Days (or such longer period as the Panel may decide in relation to that resolution) of receiving the minutes of the relevant Panel meeting under Clause 5.12.1, notify the Panel in writing that it disagrees with the decision and request that the Panel reconsider its decision at the next meeting of the Panel.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
