Where the Employer issues a Direction. Where the Employer issues a direction to the Employee to take paid annual leave in accordance with paragraph (a): (i) the Employee must take paid annual leave in accordance with that direction; and (ii) the Employee may request to take a period of paid annual leave as if the direction had not been given.
