Where to Make Payments. All payments under this Agreement shall be made in lawful currency of the United States of America in immediately available funds at the address as provided in the Note, or in such other manner or at such other place as you shall designate in writing.

Where to Make Payments. All payments can be hand delivered to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. She will keep track of tuition payments and issue receipts for cash payments. If a payment is postmarked by the date tuition is due, that will be counted as an on-time payment. If it is postmarked later, then a late fee of $20 will be added. Any returned payment (for non-sufficient funds) will have a $25 fine assessed.
