W.H.I.M.I.S. (05) The Joint Health and Safety Committee will be apprised of any known hazard which may impact the health and safety of The Fairmont Empress employees. Where possible, information shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days in advance of any introduction of new cleaning products in the work place. None of the herein stated provisions shall preclude the Company of utilizing their choice of cleaning product.
