Common use of Whistleblowers Clause in Contracts

Whistleblowers. To the knowledge of the Company, as of the date hereof, no employee of the Company or its Subsidiary has provided since July 1, 2016 or is providing information to any law enforcement agency regarding the violation of any applicable law of the type described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act by the Company or its Subsidiary. Neither the Company nor its Subsidiary have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiary in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

To the knowledge of the Company, as of the date hereof, no employee of the Company or its Subsidiary subsidiaries has provided since July January 1, 2016 2012 or is providing information to any law enforcement agency regarding the violation of any applicable law Law of the type described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act by the Company or its SubsidiarySubsidiaries. Neither the Company nor its Subsidiary Subsidiaries have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiary Subsidiaries in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

Neither the Company nor its Subsidiary Subsidiaries have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiary Subsidiaries in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the XxxxxxxxSxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
