Common use of Whistleblowers Clause in Contracts

Whistleblowers. To the knowledge of the Company, as of the date hereof, no employee of the Company or its subsidiaries has provided since January 1, 2014 or is providing information to any law enforcement agency regarding the violation of any applicable Law of the type described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act by the Company or its Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

To the knowledge of the Company, as of the date hereof, no employee of the Company or its subsidiaries has provided since January 1, 2014 2012 or is providing information to any law enforcement agency regarding the violation of any applicable Law of the type described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act by the Company or its Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries Subsidiary have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries Subsidiary in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries have discharged, demoted or suspended an employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act of such employee described in Section 806 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
