Wholesale Charges Scheme. Subject to the provisions of this Clause 7 and section 29E of the 2002 Act, the Charges shall be determined in accordance with the Wholesale Charges Scheme and the Licensee shall pay such Charges in relation to each Supply Point for which they are Registered.
