Wholesale License. DISTRIBUTOR undertakes that it, or its Sub-Contractors, if applicable, holds and shall maintain, at DISTRIBUTOR’s cost, throughout the Term of this Agreement and for a period of [***] thereafter, a wholesale license granting DISTRIBUTOR permission to import, market and sell vaccines (including the Product) at its own cost and expense in and into the Territory. A copy of such license as at the Effective Date is attached to this Agreement as ANNEX F. Any renewal of such license will promptly be sent to SUPPLIER at the address given in ANNEX I.

Wholesale License. DISTRIBUTOR shall ensure that it, and its Sub-Contractors, holds and shall maintain, throughout the term of this Agreement and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, a wholesale license or adequate license issued by the applicable authority of the Territory granting DISTRIBUTOR permission to store, distribute, market and sell medical products including vaccines at its own cost and expenses. A copy of such license is attached to this Agreement as ANNEX F.
Wholesale License. If the tenant intends to sell their product(s) as wholesalers, a License for Food Processing and/or Distribution at Wholesale must be obtained from the Shreveport Department of Public Health.

  • Software License The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

  • Software Licensing Contractor represents and warrants that the software, if any, as delivered to City, does not contain any program code, virus, worm, trap door, back door, time or clock that would erase data or programming or otherwise cause the software to become inoperable, inaccessible, or incapable of being used in accordance with its user manuals, either automatically, upon the occurrence of licensor-selected conditions or manually on command. Contractor further represents and warrants that all third party software, delivered to City or used by Contractor in the performance of the Contract, is fully licensed by the appropriate licensor.

  • SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  • Exclusive License Licensor hereby grants to Licensee and Licensee hereby accepts from Licensor, upon the terms and conditions herein specified, a sole and exclusive license under the Licensed Patent Rights in the Territory, and in the Field of Use to develop, make, have made, import, have imported, use, offer to sell, sell and otherwise commercialize Licensed Product(s).

  • Use License If you access the Site via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the mobile application on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Terms and Conditions. Any representations or warranties as to such hardware, software and/or services shall only be as granted by the applicable third parties, if any, that accompany such products and/or software and/or services. Any representations, warranties, or other similar obligations with respect to such third-party hardware, software and/or services flow directly from the third party to Customer and ResMed shall have no responsibility at all for any such representations, warranties, obligations or lack thereof.

  • Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.

  • Software Licenses Seller has all necessary licenses to use all material third-party software used in Seller's business, and Seller's use of third-party software does not infringe the rights of any Person.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).
