Wholesaler's Obligations. At Wholesaler's option, Wholesaler may authorize entities to resell the Products and Services on behalf of Wholesaler ("Resellers"). According to the terms agreed to between Wholesaler and Resellers, such authorization shall be by agreement between Wholesaler and Resellers.
Wholesaler's Obligations. 3.1 The Wholesaler agrees at all times to use its good faith efforts to sell the various Hotel packages detailed in Annexure 3 hereto at the net rates and terms and conditions indicated therein and such other packages as may be communicated by the Hotel to the Wholesaler during the Contract Period, and at all times to comply with the requirements herein and to such other policies and requirements of the Hotel as shall be in place and communicated to the Wholesaler from time to time in respect of any packages and services being offered by the Hotel. Wholesaler may not undercut the hotel’s published rates. If this condition is breached, Hotel reserves the right to recover the difference from the Wholesaler and to terminate the contract.
