This long-form Notice provides additional information about the Settlement and related procedures. The Court authorized that the Postcard Notice be sent to you because you or someone in your family may have purchased or otherwise acquired Novavax publicly traded common stock during the period from May 11, 2021 through October 19, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”). Receipt of the Postcard Notice does not mean that you are a Member of the Settlement Class or that you will be entitled to receive a payment. The Parties to the Action do not have access to your individual investment information.
